I left a VP of Sales at an $8.5B company. Great title, more money than I could dream of making just a few years ago. It was the kind of job you’re not supposed to walk away from. I walked. Now I’m building Milkcrate.

Milkcrate is an all-in-one platform for expert-led businesses, including coaches, speakers, consultants, and course creators with real expertise who are held back by a tangle of disconnected tools. An AI COO runs the operations so they can focus on their gifts. That’s the company. This blog is everything that happens on the way to building it.
